Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026
These terms apply to all mobile apps and games published by us, including Triviaverse. By using any of our apps you agree to them.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
- Pick a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else — we may reset names that are.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings.
Fair play
- No cheating: automating answers, exploiting bugs, tampering with network traffic, or manipulating the match clock.
- Leaving a live match counts as a forfeit — your opponent takes the win. That's a rule, not a bug.
- We may reset scores or suspend accounts involved in cheating or abuse.
The service
- The apps are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Questions may occasionally be wrong, and servers may occasionally be down — we do our best, but we make no warranties.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including leaderboards and matchmaking) at any time.
- Trivia question content is sourced from community databases (e.g. Open Trivia Database) under their respective licenses.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service — which, for free apps, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
